Repeat Booking Requests no showing on Booking Form was created by Kenneth Robb

Hi there I am scratching my head on this one or maybe I am being a bit blind

I have just installed a clean version of OSServices v2.10.1 and when I goto book there is no option to repeat the booking. I don't think I have set any of the servcices to restrict my ability to do this.
Have I missed a config setting somewhere
