Hi Chris,
When you complete the booking, OS Services Booking will send the QR code to you through the Confirmation email. And you can use this code to check-in the service.
When you attend the service, you can show the QR code to the guy who have permission to "Manage Check-in at frontend side" to confirm that you already booked the service.
User who want to "Manage Check-in at frontend side" must be in group which allowed in permission "Front-end Check-in Management".
(Go to Backend -> OS Services Booking -> Dashboard and click on button: Option at the top-right)
At frontend, when user in that group, he can login and use the QR code application to scan customer's code normally.
