Calendar View - "Not Available"

Menu Item Type: Calendar View

Shows "Not Available" when booking
a. Selected an employee on the calendar.
b. It popped up window with times available
c. Clicked "click here to book <employee> on <Date>.
d. Received "Not Available"

Why is this happening?
