Telephone Country Code was created by Robert Guy-Hawthorne
Even though I have the UK set as the default country, the booking form is defaulting to Iraq every time!!?

Where do I need to look to fix this? Can I remove the country code field altogether somehow?

Hi,
You can try this way, using PHPMyAdmin to open table: #__app_sch_dialing_codes and remove un-used dial codes
