Is it possible to sell booking packages?

I am looking to implement your solution for a client.

She is a therapist and offers packages. So for example a client can buy a package and then book accordingly to the package several time slots - one by one as they come to see her.

Is something like this possible? Also could there be a payment plan?

Currently, OS Services Booking doesn't have feature to allow customers to purchase plans before making order in system
