I am trying to change the word "Employee" that appears in {Services} tag for emails that go out when the status of a booking changes.

I have looked at both Joomla language override feature as well as the OS Booking translation configuration but can't seem to figure out where to change it.

Any ideas?

Most of the customization I found in the translation section of OS Booking. Just note that there is a front end and back end.
