Disable Form Field Still Appear At Front End was created by Xbonize

Hello,

I've select "No" at all Form Fields in the back end.

But when clicking at "Add order" button (using Administrator: Manage all Orders menu), all that fields still appear

Hi,
Those configure options will be applied to Checkout form, they aren't applied to Manage Orders page.
