Creating a required field based on the value of another custom field

Is it possible to create something similar to the terms and conditions tick box whereby if the user selects Y to a particular field (custom field) then he is asked to confirm that he has a licence on the confirmation screen?

My use case is:

Are you providing alcohol? Y / N

Then on the confirmation screen show this following field if Y has been selected on the first question

Please confirm you have the licence to sell alcohol? (tick box).
