How to remove 'Deposit' from the Booking Form was created by Paul Jenkins
We don't need to use 'Deposit' at all and want to remove it from the Booking Form which shows after a booking is made.
Also remove it from the Order #n screen.

Hi,
Deposit is one feature of OS Services Booking, we aren't able to remove it. Depend on your setting, the Deposit amount can be zero or 100% final cost for the order.
