Hello,

This is a request to make form fields required such as address, phone, etc... Right now only custom fields can be changed. Thank you!

Hi all,
Now, you are able to select one of 3 options:
No - Field won't show
Yes - Field will show but optional
Yes (Required) - Field will show and customer must enter value for that field
