How to disable time slots for a specific date?

Hi there.
I need to disable time slots (no booking) in a specific date.

Example: on 26th March i don't want to accept any booking from 8 to 13.

I've tried with Employee > Custom Time Break
but nothing happens.

Custom break time is correct solution but i don't know why it doesn't work for you. Please raise new ticket on category: OS Services Booking and provide your site url with super admin account. I will check the problem for you
