Hi, i have set up my booking service and i remember in the begining if i chose a time slot and then for some reason i went back in the page i got a button instead of "Book" that said incomplete order and i could not choose another timeslot. Now for some reason if i go back before completing my order, the timeslot shows occupied and i cant choose it again but i can choose another time slot which leads that the fisrt slot is occupied without completing my order and i cant see it in orders manager...whats wrong?

Hi,
When the timeslot is added to cart, it will be stored in Cart within 1 hour. If you don't complete the order, after one hour, it will be released and other customers can book it.
