trying to set up OSService booking but cannot get the menuitem working frontend. Here is a link:

Here is the error we get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method OSBHelper::getStringValue() in /home/kouvauto/public_html/components/com_osservicesbooking/classes/default.php on line 288
We have publised:
category
Venue
Services
Employee
And we added normal time slots and added those to the above. Everything is added and looks fine in the backend, but nothing is showing up in frontend.
What can be causing this issue?
