SOLVED !!! Reminder emails / cron was created by Roger D
I have setup cron for reminders and I also have a crontest.php (sends email as test) in same folder as cron.php just make sure all is setup. Cron is set to run every 15 minutes, my cronTest emails are working, but OSSBs cron.php reminders are not triggering / sending. So, being my cronTest emails are working we can assume I have setup cron properly and the path is correct..
I have OSSB configured to send reminder 1 HOUR prior to scheduled booking. HOWEVER, and this may be the problem.. In config > reminder it says "Send email reminder X *HOURS* before. But, in the manual it says "Number *DAYS* before the appointment, the notification email will be sent to customer ".
Is it hours or days before? If it is days that may explain why I've not received reminder as my test bookings were set within 24hours of 1 "day" reminder. If it's "hours", then I have an issue as it was booked about 8 hours ahead.
Thank you,
Roger

Hi Roger,
As you can see in the input, it's the number hours before the service happens.
Thanks
Dam

Dam, thank you it is the instruction manual that conflicts by saying "days", thank you for clearing that up.
