Booking form layout problems was created by Sarah
How can I remove the calendar from the left side of my booking form? I want the booking form to have its own page, hoping then my complex questions to which I need answers will render well enough to use.
Also, I have two different sets of questions for each service/employee. Is there a way to get the booking form designed for one service to display when booking that service only?
I'd also like to have the option of text box for form.

Is there no way to work with the booking form itself to make it what we want with layout?
