reg: service booking issues

Hi,
I had purchased and setup , realized have some issues
1. at the checkout page - submit button is missing
2. i am using this for appointment booking
so how to change the word " add to cart " to " book appointment " ?
3. the time zone though i set 4 zones at backend , its not been displayed at front end
is there a way to set different time zone based on employee ?
4. how to allow employee to manage their booking at front end ? create menu ? if so which option ?
