Hi, I can't find a way to allow my employees, who already have a joomla account, to log in thtough the front- end in order to make reservations for in-site customers. Please help.

Hi Gabriela,
Employee can make the booking request as another customers. But, to avoid the payment step, you need to do below work:
1. Create one Joomla User group and assign your Employees to that group.
2. Go to Back-end > OS Services Booking > Configuration > Tab: Booking Configuration and select that group for field: Select Special group.
3. At front-end, employees can make the booking request for their customer without paying anything.
