Clearing reserved time slots was created by Alex
How do I clear a reserved time slot so it can become available for another user?

I have deleted all the order in the backend and do not know where else I should be looking to open up the time slot again? I though perhaps it was a browser cache issue, but this does not seem to be the case.

Hi Alex,
You can go to back-end > OS Services Booking > Dashboard and run the tool: Optimize OSB database
