Admin notification email

Is it possible to change or add multiple admin email addresses for notifications going to admin once user books?

It appears the email in the global setting gets the emails, but that is not always ideal as a different admin needs to the booking notices.

I know that the employee can be sent an email notice on booking.

The notification email can only sent to administrator. OS Services Booking doesn't allow multiple notification emails.
