404 Error when booking a service

Hello.

I have a service I am trying to set up with this component. I went through all of the configurations and even removed the Logo image on the Invoice tab (in fact, just turnd it off) because of other people have issues with the system trying to create a PDF using there logo. So, without all of that, when someone books a service, I am getting a 404 The requested resource was not found..
