SOLVED !!!Checkout populated with previous details

Please help! We are going live with our booking form and there is a problem with the checkout form being populated with the contact details of the previous user. Please can you offer any advice as to why this is happening? Thank you.

Hi,
OS Services Booking has the feature to store user profile of customer. If you are logged in and complete checkout form with profile details. In next time you come back to Checkout page, the previous profile will be retrieve and fill into the Checkout form automatically.

Hi Dam. Thank you for your very quick reply! Our customers are all different branches of one company and we were hoping to give them all the same generic login details. Would each branch require a different login to prevent them seeing details of the previous customer? Can this function be turned off so they details don't appear each time? Thanks.

In that case, we need to make the modification in source code of OS Services Booking to stop auto-fill customer's profile in fields of Checkout form.
Please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account. I will check and solve the issue for you.
