We bought OS Services Booking for booking in machines for servicing. I've set it up and have it looking good and working apart from one (rather major) issue!
Currently I have 7 services and one employee at a single location. Each service has 3 timeslots (8am-11am, 11am-2pm, 2pm-5pm). I need to be able to only book one timeslot each day, regardless of the service.
For example someone wants to book a "mini service" from 8am-11am, so once it's been booked I need that timeslot to be unavailable for all the other services too. At the moment it can still be booked for a different service. I've checked that the booking config box is set to "no" for "Employee can work in multiple services in the same time" but it doesn't make any difference.
I'd be very grateful for any advise please!
