OS Services Booking search form

Hi,

When I add the OS Booking search form, once I select date and submit, when arriving at the selected item page, the calendar does not display so if a date is not available, there is no way the customer can continue the search. Is there a way to fix this.

Currently it has Venue, Category and Employee. How can we also have services in the search ?

Is this possible at all ?
