How can customers View or Edit their booking?

Is there anyway a customer can View or Edit his/her Booking after a purchase is made?

Hi George,
OS Services Booking doesn't have feature to allow customer to edit their booking after purchasing is made. But they are able to view their booking through 2 ways.
1. The order details link has been sent to customer after making the order
2. If customer are Joomla registered user, OS Services Booking provides a layout to show customer's orders.
Finally, customers can cancel the order if they want.

Customer can cancel the order request though 2 ways
1. Using the cancellation url - that be sent into customer (in confirmation email)
2. Through Customer layout
