Site CRASHED. I chose Show JS Popup at Front-end was created by Ty
Hi Dam,
After asking you
"How do I hide Not Available time?"
You responded....
"OS Services Booking has the configure option to hide the Not available time. You can check at Configuration > Tab: Booking configuration. You will see it
Thanks
Dam"
I tried several selections and nothing happened
The last thing I did was select ....... Show JS Popup at Front-end I chose (NO)
Immediately after I did, I tested it and it took a long time to display the next page after I clicked time slots number of slots and continue then. This error below came up
An error has occurred while processing your request.
You may not be able to visit this page because of:
an out-of-date bookmark/favourite
a mistyped address
a search engine that has an out-of-date listing for this site
you have no access to this page
Go to the Home Page
Home Page
If difficulties persist, please contact the System Administrator of this site and report the error below.
1226 User 'joomla_33163' has exceeded the 'max_queries_per_hour' resource (current value: 100000) SQL=Select a.* from pltk1_app_sch_employee as a inner join pltk1_app_sch_employee_service as b on a.id = b.employee_id where a.published = '1' and b.service_id = '3' and b.tu = '1' and a.id NOT IN (Select eid from pltk1_app_sch_employee_rest_days where rest_date <= '2016-10-18' and rest_date_to >= '2016-10-18') order by b.ordering
Then my site went down and I get this error below when I go to my site
Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error
After 35 minutes my Site came back online. I turned on the
Show JS Popup at Front-end
and it takes a very long time to show next page after making a booking request.
Also It will not remove booking on last page that shows ORDER NUMBER
My site www.in2scubadivingmaui.com
PLEASE HELP ASAP

Hi,
As you can see in the error, the database user has exceeded the "max_queries_per_hour". You can contact with hosting admin to increase this value.
Thanks
Dam

This is what My hosting company said...
There is no way to increase the queries allowed on shared hosting services.
(8:11:43 PM)
You
How is it done then?
(8:14:22 PM)
Jose
You would need to purchase a VPS or Dedicated server. We do provide those however VPS and Dedicated servers are completely self managed. We essentially provide you with an empty box. You would need to configure the webhosting, email hosting, and any other services that are required for your website to run.
1. If I book a service and then try to book another one after that. It crashes my site.
2. Also Since I have updated to the Latest version using OS Services Booking is taking a very long time to render bookings / pages.

Hi,
You can try to disable this field "Disable Calendar on Non Available Employees date" at Configuration of OS Services Booking, it will reduce the MySQL queries that will be run
Thanks
Dam
