Customizing

I have two questions:
1) I'd like to add a new color template -- any reason for me not to do this?
2) Is it possible to add a new status to each appointment? We'd like to have the customer book the appointment and then have the employee confirm it somehow. If not a custom status -- do you have a suggestion?

Hi Lisa,
OS Services Booking has feature to change the colors in layout. You can check it in Back-end > OS Services Booking > Configuration. I hope they are enough to you.
By the way, i will consider to add more Order status in near future. I think it should be "Paid" status, beside Pending, Completed and Cancelled. How do you think about it?

I saw the pre-defined layouts (like them) but I actually need another. That's why I was asking if I could add my own template.
