Missing Info Details in Order and more details

Hi, i have 2 questions:

1 - When i do the reservation steps, in the checkout page, i need to add the info details of what i'm paying (see atachment), i know i can add it in the booking.html.php but i need the code to do that can u help me please?
2 - In the final step, when i check out, appear the Order, and the details are missing, how can i make it Show?
