The problem is the class btn-info has been defined in css of your template:

In this css element, the gray color is added into button "btn-info". So please remove the css element in your template's css file. The issue will be solved

thank you for your answer. I think that's not the probelm because there is the same mistake on your testsite:
osb.ext4joomla.com/
Please test it. If you click for example on 5 November - the button retains the yellow color, if you click on 12 November the button become blue.

Thank you for your report, the issue you mentioned has been solved and update into OS Services Booking 2.3.2. Now you can click on My downloads at the top to get latest version of component
