TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image:

hi

i have purchased this a while back and the client is saying no one can book anything. i tried to book an MOT via thier site and i get this message TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: www.phoenixautos.co.uk/images/phoenix_logo.jpg

it was a different filename so i changed the name to be certain it was that one and it still happens and the file is i the right location. I think its failing on the part where it shows the invoice as that is the image that is getting the error. i can remove the image for now but it kinda defeats the objective of having their image on the invoice/booking

Hi Mark,
I think, you can go to Backend > OS Services Booking > Configuration > Tab invoice setting and remove the picture in the invoice content.
The issue will be solved

I'm also having this same error and WE NEED our own branded image / logo on the invoices for obvious reasons, how can this be achieved please?

Hi Steve,
You can setup upload you logo into folder: root > images
The file must be JPEG image (.jpg). And then, you can add the image into the invoice content.
