Hi,
When a new user signs up in the booking form fields are already filled with informations from another user or other informations.
Why ?
It is possible to have empty fields?

Hi Theo,
It seems, you brower auto fill the old history data of another session. You can try another browser to see if the issue still hapens. I send you my screenshot when i test your OS Services Booking on my browser.
