Cannot remove dates booked

Hi there,

I can see there has been 2 of 4 slots taken on a certain date.
When I look at manage orders in the back end. I can only see one slot used for that date was actually booked.
1. How can I remove an order I it is not in the order section?

Hi,
At the Dashboard of OS Services Booking in back-end. You will see the tab Optimize OSB database. Use that function, the orders that you can't see will be removed.

In the past when I have clicked optimize it erased all bookings. Will this happen?

When you run this function, all temporarily orders will be removed.
