Assign bookings as filled from backend

Hi, I have implemented this plugin for a client who owns a garage for MOT's etc. The issue being is that at the moment they take all their current booking over the phone until customers use the online function, so would like to be able to log in and marked relevant slots as booked so when customer do book online they dont end up double booking.

can this be done as i cant see an option for it.

Currently, OS Services Booking doesn't have option to setup the unavailability status of time slots. But your idea is great, i will consider to add that feature in future.
