Custom Time Slots, Break or OFF time,

Hi

I am really frustrated.....

1. I have 4 services I have set up so far. I cannot get the custom time slots to work for each one. It will only allow one to work.

2. When I am forced to choose Normal Time Slot. I get over lapping times in two columns as I have sent you a screenshot an attachment of what I see as well.

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

12:00 PM - 2:00 PM 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM



3. When I try to set break time it does not change to the times I set.

Is there a detailed description on how to set this up? Or can you give me one?

So you want the time length of services are 2 hours and you don't want to have overlaping times , right?
Please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account. I will check your break time setting.

Hi Dam,

I have several different services. I can't set up custom time slots for EACH one. and when I set it to normal time slot it comes up with two columns AND times are over lapping.

I would like to set up custom time slots for each service which it will not do. If I try to the times I input come up blank when I click save on the back end and front end.

I cannot find how to erase everything back to where I began. If I think I have it is like it has memory of what was thee before?
