Employee scheduling customer was created by Harry Thomson
Hi,
Can anyone tell me how an employee books a slot for a client.
eg.
If I am an employee I provide tennis coaching services and the customer phones me to reserve a slot. How do I make a booking on their behalf so the customer receives booking confirmation and the reminders?

Hi Harry,
If Employee is administrator, he can add appointment booking request at back-end of OS Services Booking. Else, he can make the appointment booking request for his customer normally at front-end. He only need to enter customer's information like name, phone number, email at the booking form,
Thanks
Dam
