Booking on the day

Hi Dam, can I set the calender so they can not make a booking on the day or so the slots are not available on the day.

You can use the feature "Custom working time" at backend of OS Services Booking, it allows you to setup the Not available date

Dam thank you for responding so fast, I have just upgraded and the old version my customers could not book on the day, but now with the new version they seem to be able to book a slot at the last moment, which does not work so well for me, can I set it so availability stops ever day may 12 hours before.

Can you please try to use Venue feature, with one venue, you can setup to prevent booking request from customers X days from today.

I'm having the same problem. The customer can book on the day. I changed the parameter Venue -- X days from today but I still seeing the next slot free of the day.
I don't know why it is not working.

Hi Mariano,
When you setup menu to OS Services Booking, you need to select the venue in the Menu parameters form. If the link to OS Services Booking doesn't have Venue variable, all your "Time restriction" setting of venue won't be effected.
