I noticed while testing the booking process that if someone starts the booking and fills out everything, but then stops or changes their mind before paying, the system shows their appointment time as being unavailable. I was able to free up those time slots by optimizing the osb database. How long does this incomplete booking stay in the temporary data tables if I didn't optimize the database? Is there a setting somewhere that will automatically delete an incomplete record after a period of time?
