text adjustments and removes "occupied info"

Hi I am trying to build a boat booking system. It looks quite promising, instead of employees I use boats, so I need to adjust all info text. Wherever it says "employee" I need to write "boat".

Below the Service cost box there is one that says "no booking" or "not available time". This one I would like to remove. Also I need to remove all "occupied timeslots" in other words, show only bookable timeslots.

I can help you to remove the text "no booking" or "not available time", but i can't remove the "occupied timeslots". Please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account, ftp account. I will help you to make the modification.
