more payment plugins

Hi, I looked com_osservicebooking/plugins directory and there is about 8 different plugins. However, in administrator I can see only 4 of them. How to enable more? I need two more plugins - one for cash payment and second for coupon payment. I tried to copy and change os_offline.php and os_offline.xml to zip and install it via install new plugin in osservice booking admin, byt I've got

Currently, other payment gateways don't work. So we don't publish them at the list.
