Insert Custom Field in E-mail Template?

How would one go about adding a Custom field to the e-mail template? I can't seem to find the field ID anywhere.

Hi,
In the email template, we have the part to show all order details includes Custom fields (If they are exist in the order), so i think you don't need to care this part.
