Turn off the service cost

I want the ability to turn off the service cost

(Service cost with this employee : $ 0 USD) and have the cost defined by custom services drop down or the package cost.

OK I think that will do it. I will add the this feature to the wish list. It would be good to be able to turn on or off the services cost.
One other thing is there a way to add a component header? All my articles have header titles but the component does not.
