Timeslots missing when I set min. time for 30mins was created by Barbora
Hello,
I used to have set minimal timeslot for 60 minutes, but now my customers want to book 60 or 90 minutes. So I have set the minimal time for 30 minutes, as they can add to cart three timeslots in a row. But when I use "Normal type of timeslot", it goes like 17:00 -17:30, 18:00 - 18:30 and such - so there are missing those middle slots from xx:30 to xy:00. Is it something wrong in my settings? I cannot use custom type, because it should be 28 timeslots every day and there are only ten items in a custom form.
Also is there any possibility for customers to check all the timeslots they want and then put them in cart all at once?
Thank you very much and sorry to bother you again

Hello, I've just tried your solution and I am afraid it doesn't work
now it says slot from XX:00 to XX:29 and again YY:00 to YY:29 instead of XX:30 to YY:00...
Also could you please help with the checkbox possibility? Cusomers say they really don't like adding timeslots to cart one by one... But I understand, if it is not possible
Thank you
Barbora

Hi,
I think the solution to change the time length from 30 minutes to 29 minutes is ok. Because in this case, user can book several time slots.
But if you don't like it. I am having the plan to improve OS Services Booking. One of new features is allow customer to add the extra time. It means when customer book one time slot, he can add the extra time outside the time slot. So the final cost will be the cost the "extra time" plus with cost of time slot.
Do you think that solution is ok with you?
Thanks
Dam

Dear Dam,
the new feature sounds good, I definitely may use it, but for now, please see the attached screenshot. Even if I use the "29" thing, it looks pretty much like with 30 minutes, I don't understand why, but I still miss half an hour to book in every hour - 9.30-10.00, 10.30-11.00, 11.30-12:00, 12.30-13.00, 13.30.-14.00, 14.30-15.00, 15.30-16.00, 16.30-17.00, 17.30-18.00, 18.30-19.00, 19.30-20.00, 20:30-21.00, 21.30-22.00 and finaly 22.30-23.00.
Can you see what I mean?
Thank you very much

Yes, if you see my attachment (on the previous post), you can see the problem. When i create a new service of 30 min., (i try with 29 min.), i lost a time slots.
Example:
9:30 to 9.59
10.30 to 10.59
The problem is that 10.00 to 10.29 don't appear.
