Admin booking

Hi,

Is there a way for administrator (staff members) to place a booking, either from the front end or back end? So that they can take telephone bookings.

There must be a way, I just can't find it.

It's impossible to allow administrator to make the booking in the backend of OS Services Booking.

Hi,

We also need this feature. A staff booking page where staff can view all bookings, not just their own. So they can make bookings for those who can not do it online.

Please let us know know of a workaround if this is not feature as yet.

Unfortunately, OS Services Booking doesn't have option to allow the staff to manage all bookings at the frontend.
