Orders set to pending

Orders set to pending was created by bs
I need orders to go to pending status automatically. Otherwise users do not know that the time has been booked, and try to book the same time. When they do try to book the same time they hit the confirm button, and get message that says "You must provide at least one recipient email address"

The order status will be changed to pending after you complete the booking form.
With the message :"You must provide at least one recipient email address", i think you haven't entered the email in configuration panel.

How can I make it be 'Complete' automatically? This is for a country club for members to reserve tennis courts.

Hi Karen,
If you are using Offline payment, please go to backend > Payment plugins > Offline payment. And at the parameters form, please select Complete at the dropdown select list Order status. It means when customer complete booking form and select Offline payment, the order will be complete automatically.

The options under Order Status in Offline Payment Plugin Parameters are Pending & Active. I selected Active & the orders are still showing as Pending.
However the court does now show that it is Occupied during the timeslot selected.
