Checkboxes

Could there be check boxes instead of Radio buttons for service selection. This will help to select multiple services at once.

Adding a single at a time is too cumbersome process.

Request for your help on this. Screenshot attached.

Each time, user can book one slot. So we can't change radio button to checkboxes.
