Is there a way to create a BOOK NOW button somewhere in an article, pointing straight to that service booking?

I don't see any plugins with that function?

It means you want to have the button, in the article, and user can click on the button to go to services booking component, right?

Yup, that way you can create product pages, for example in K2 and still use the booking systeem.
