SPARK API / RESO Capabilities was created by Margaret Carson
I'm developing a Joomla-based real estate website for an Arizona broker client (using Joomla 5.4.2 and SP Page Builder 6.2.2). The broker is subscribed to ARMLS (Flexmls-based MLS), and we've selected the Spark API (FBS's RESO Web API) for direct, real-time data access to replace legacy RETS feeds.
OS Property looks like an excellent fit due to its comprehensive broker-friendly features (agent/company management, frontend submissions, calendars, custom fields, membership integration, etc.), and I'd like to use it as the core component for property display and management.
From your forum (e.g., the 2024 thread on "RESO Automated MLS Integration" in the wish list), I see there has been discussion and plans for improvements related to automated MLS feeds. To help me decide on proceeding with OS Property, could you please provide an update on the following?
- Does the current version of OS Property (5.x or latest) include native / built-in support for the Spark API or RESO Web API in general (client credentials OAuth, OData filtering, JSON parsing, etc.)?
- If not fully native yet:
- Is there an add-on, plugin, or beta feature for RESO/Spark automated import?
- Have you completed or released any RESO integration work since the 2024 forum announcements?
- Are there any code examples, third-party bridges, or documented successful integrations with Spark/Flexmls/ARMLS that users have implemented?
- Is OS Property confirmed compatible with Joomla 5.4.2+ and SP Page Builder 6.x (especially for overriding layouts, modules for searches/listings/maps)?
- Any other recent (2025–2026) updates or roadmap items related to MLS/IDX/RESO feeds?
Your detailed feedback would be greatly appreciated, including any links to relevant documentation, forum posts, or demo configurations. I'm ready to purchase if the integration path looks solid for our ARMLS setup.
Thank you for your assistance—I look forward to your reply.

Replied by Dang Thuc Dam on topic SPARK API / RESO Capabilities
Hi Margaret,
Thank you very much for your detailed email and your interest in OS Property.
At this time, OS Property does not have a built-in feature for direct integration with Spark, Flexmls, or ARMLS. However, we believe that it is technically possible to develop such an integration. The main challenge we have faced so far is the lack of access to real data and technical documentation—our previous attempt to connect with Flexmls, for example, has been delayed due to technical and information barriers.
If you are able to provide us with the necessary information (such as API documentation, sample data, or test credentials), we would be happy to review and discuss a potential integration path. With your support, we can evaluate the requirements and possibly implement this feature for your project.
Please let us know if you are able to share these details, or if you have any additional questions.
Thank you again for considering OS Property!
Best regards,
Đàm
