Can't add to Menu Layout Property Details

Can't add to Menu Layout Property Details was created by Candyce Rowlandson
When i try to select the property it pops up with the search screen and when i click to select a property, it open the property in edit mode on the popup and there is no way to select the property so i can go to the detail view. I need to set a different template layout for the header on this page and if i can't link it in the menu it I can't override the template.
