Listing properties issue

Dear Mr. Dam, please help me.

Joomla version: 5.1.4 , OS Property version: 3.21.5

I have a listing that shows up when searching for it in the FRONT-END, it is approved and published in BACK-END. But doesn't show up on general listing page (FRONT-END) , only when searching for it.

What could be wrong?
