User Type Selected not working as set was created by Elba Maria

Hello,

Even though I have selected the user as "Realtor", the systen on the frontend says "Owner".

No answer? You didn't answer this by support neither... Can you please tell me where to fix this without hardcoding it? It's appearing on buttons as well.
