Hi Roberta,
Simply, you are in "For Sale" properties page. Therefore, OS Property retrieves that property type value and initialize for the corresponding search field.

I had understood.
But a less experienced user might be confused.
Reading FOR SALE you may not understand that the TYPE can change.
Usability on sites is crucial.
